It is time of the year again when aspiring policemen will get their chance to take the NAPOLCOM Online Application System. With the big support that they are getting from President Rodrigo Duterte who finalized the order to double the salary of our Policemen it is no wonder that the applicants to NAPOLCOM Online Application System will also increase. That is why we created this guide to help our aspirants achieve their dreams.

Starting January 28, 2019 (activated 12 n.n.), qualified applicants for the PNP entrance exam can secure a request for a schedule of filing on “first come, first serve” basis. The National Police Commission conducts two sets of police examinations twice a year, one for those who are already in the police service (promotional), and another for those aspiring to enter the Philippine National Police (PNP entrance).

NAPOLCOM Online Application System Procedures

  1. Visit the www.napolcom.gov.ph or www.napolcom-oleass.com
  2. Fill out the mandatory form, double check everything before you click SUBMIT.
  3. Print out the on-line Schedule Confirmation.
  4. You will then receive and email where you need to access the link for the Application Form. Fill in all the required details, click SUBMIT and PRINT OUT a hard copy.
  5. Bring printouts of the Schedule Confirmation and filled-out Application Form to the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the scheduled date for filing of the examination application.

Important Reminders before doing the NAPOLCOM Online Application System Procedures

  • Use a Valid and working email. Just to be sure test the email if its really working. If you think you did not receive any email from NAPOLCOM go check the SPAM/JUNK folder.
  • Period of filing of applications will be on February 18 – March 15, 2019

Deadline of NAPOLCOM Online Application System

  • Police Officer – February 4-8, 2019
  • Senior Police Officer, Inspector and Superintendent – February 11-15, 2019

How much is the NAPOLCOM Examination Fee?

  • Four Hundred Pesos (Php 400.00) for Police Officer Exam,
  • Four Hundred Fifty Pesos(Php 450.00)for Senior Police Officer Exam,
  • Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) for Police Inspector Exam and Six
  • Hundred Pesos (Php 600.00) for Police Superintendent Exam.

Things to remember when going to Regional NAPOLCOM Examination

  1. Printed Confirmation Letter.
  2. Application Form. Check your email and click on the link to access the Application Form. Provide all the required details and PRINT OUT using an 8.5″ x 13″ or long-size bond paper) and Two (2) recent identical 1 in. x 1 in. color ID pictures (with white background) and complete name tag (indicate rank before the first, middle and last names).
  3. One (1) legal-size window envelope with twenty pesos (Php 20.00) worth of stamps.
  4. Certified True Copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or PNP Absortion Order.
  5. Report of Rating/Certification issued by the NAPOLCOM CENTRAL Office, CSC Certificate of Eligibility and/or PRC Board Certificate.
