You can use Dragonpay credits and other bank institutions and pay your NBI Clearance Online Application. However there might be additional service fee.

When I first published this Guide, it contains a long table of NBI Clearance Purposes and the corresponding Fees. Well guess what? NBI Clearance doesn’t have those purposes anymore and instead called Multi-Purpose NBI Clearance. The universal price of a NBI Clearance is ₱ 170.00 back in 2017. But just now February 17, 2019 when I checked inside the NBI Clearance Online Application page the price went down to ₱ 130.00.
